The Policy & Reputation Group (PRG) is a group made up of representatives from the seven largest UK Audit Firms. There is also an observer from a Group A firm invited to each meeting, in addition to the Institutes of the audit profession, who are represented by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
